Join us for the ultimate summer day on Swedens beautiful West Coast!
Girls Meet Up is heading to Falkenberg for a full day of movement, sunshine, good food and new friendships — right on the sand.
The Day:
10:00 – Beach Pilates (1 hour)
We start the day with an energizing one-hour Pilates class on the beach. Feel the sand under your feet, the ocean breeze in your hair and the summer sun on your skin as we move, stretch and strengthen together. All levels are welcome — no experience needed.
11:30 – VIP Lunch at Ocean Hotel (VIP ticket only)
After class, our VIP guests head to Ocean Hotel for a delicious lunch together — the perfect chance to connect, chat and get to know the girls over great food with a coastal view.
Afternoon – Beach Day
The rest of the day is all about enjoying summer! Swim, tan, play games, have deep talks and simply soak up the West Coast vibes with your new friends. Everyone is welcome to stay for the beach day — no matter which ticket you have.
