Liseberg är en nöjespark belägen i stadsdelen Heden i Göteborg. Parken drivs som ett aktiebolag, helägt av Göteborgs kommun. Den invigdes inför Jubileumsutställningen i Göteborg 8 maj 1923. Sommarsäsongen sträcker sig från slutet av april till mitten av oktober, och Jul på Liseberg från mitten av november fram till jul. Liseberg var Sveriges populäraste besöksmål 2010 och i tidigare årliga mätningar.
Namnet Liseberg kommer från köpmannen Johan Anders Lamberg som ägde egendomen där nöjesparken nu ligger. Hans fru hette ogift Elisabeth Söderberg, men han kallade henne för Lisa. Kring 1753 döpte han landeriet till Lisas berg, som så småningom blev Liseberg. Bergsryggen längs områdets västra sida heter Geteberget, 38 meter som högst. Därav heter ängen mellan berget och Södra vägen Getebergsäng.
År 1923 firade Göteborg sitt 300-årsjubileum med jubileumsutställningen. Till utställningen byggdes en nöjes- och kongresspark - Liseberg. Parken slog för första gången upp sina portar den 8 maj 1923 och bland åkattraktionerna fanns den 996 meter långa Gamla bergbanan. Ett säsongskort kostade då 20 kronor, vilket motsvarar över 500 kronor i dagens (2010) penningvärde.
