Det kanadensiska death metal-bandet kommer i januari till Sverige för två konserter tillsammans med Septic Flesh och Aborted.
Datumen är följande:
12 januari: Göteborg, Sticky Fingers
14 januari: Stockholm, Debaser Strand
Kataklysm bildades redan 1991 i Montreal och de släppte debutplattan "Sorcery" 1995. Sedan dess har de gång på gång utmanat gränserna inom death metal och flera gånger hittat nya sound. Senare i år släpper de albumet "Of Ghosts and Gods" och den följs av en stor europaturné. Förutom Kataklysm medverkar Septic Flesh och Aborted på turnén
Kataklysms sångare Maurizio Iacono säger följande:
"We will be bringing a full Kataklysm show so you can feel the real experience our way and we are bring with us our brothers : the Greek titan kings of Septic Flesh and Belgian gore masters Aborted to bring the power and the blood , in true Kataklysm tradition the tour will be in January / February , so come start the year the right way and experience this sonic assault when it comes to destroy your town“
