From beyond our universe, the Alientronic invasion arrives on Planet Earth
One of the great ambassadors of Berlin techno, Ellen Allien presents her brand new album ‘Alientronic’. This is a body of work rooted in the city where it was recorded, Ellen’s home and the place where she discovered techno sparking a love affair that stretches out over two decades and counting…‘Alientronic’ was recorded during the cold winter months in Berlin at the end of 2018, a time when creativity hits a peak in the city. Sub-zero temperatures and dark nights keep the artists locked away indoors, finding time and space to journey inwards and tap into the deepest recesses of their creative energy. The album represents an artist who is brimming with ideas, years of experience breathe life into Ellen’s work - it’s refined, yet liberated, informed by the past but very much looking to the future. Ellen disseminates classic techno and acid tropes through her visionary lens, vocals are looped and warped, tough beats slam down as stirring pads coax us into an emotive realm and we’re privy to a spellbinding other world full of mysterious exotic allure.

Per Hammar, with Berlin and Malmö in the south of Sweden as territory, is the captain behind his labels Dirty Hands, 10YEARS and the club instance Kiloton. Dirty Hands works as a home base and headquarter for his dustier works. Dub and dusty sounds are some of the signalements from the vinyls and tapes of the label. ”It’s ment like a safe house for the ugly, the non perfect, and works that don’t want to be polished.” states Per Hammar.
In 2016 he started his second label, 10YEARS, together with Maya Lourenço a.k.a Parallax Deep, celebrating their 10 years as friends and music partners. The label is planned to be the outpost for their own stripped and more electronic sounding works.

Shakarchi & Stranéus inhabit a secret place in the universe of music, one existing at the intersection of Scandinavian poplands, Hisingen forest raves and outernational placelessness.
Faik Shakarchi and Daniel Stranéus famously started making beats together in the Gothenburg tapas-joint coat check where they both worked as clerks. Their now 10-year old friendship is the story of legends, their sparse vinyl output the secret love of deep house 12'' enthusiasts around the globe – the warm, vibrant sounds found on those records a stark contrast to the stripped-down efficiency of their marathon DJ sets, frequently heard within the more nefarious parts of Swedish nightlife.

Apotekarnes vattenfabrik är en tidigare industribyggnad på Gårda i Göteborg. Lokalerna har sedan byggts om till småindustrikontor för framför allt musikbranschen och till evenemangshus efter ritningar av Björn Edström och Anna Eriksson. Det invigdes 2004 under namnet Brewhouse. Namnet är missvisande då något bryggeri aldrig har funnits här, bara tillsättandet av kolsyra i smaksatt vatten.
