Come and join us for an After Work like you’ve never seen before: Glitter! Pasties! Cocktails! Good people and a good time! It’s Burlesque After Work! We’re excited to bring you a lineup of amazing artists from Iceland and the United States for an evening of New York style cabaret!
Local performers have teamed up with an amazing line up from abroad to bring you an evening of burlesque, cocktails, and a small market of glamourous wares.
Burlesque, Drag, Variety, Circus, Boylesque - a Crazy Summer Night!
Transatlantic Cabaret is a collective of performers from New York and Reykjavík that have performed together at The Slipper Room in New York and with Reykjavík Kabarett in Iceland. They are venturing on a mini tour around Europe including Reykjavík, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Berlin and Gothenburg.
The group includes:
Gógó Starr
Iceland's reigning Drag queen for three years and hopefully counting. Gógó mixes drag, burlesque and boylesque and is Iceland's first and only professional drag queen and a driving force in Icelandic nightlife.
Peekaboo Pointe
The fastest tassel twirler from East to West! Peekaboo has headlined festivals such as New Orleans Burlesque Festival and Australia's Burlesque Festival. She's been on 21st century burlesque top 50 for many years.
Tansy
Tansy is known as the Elizabeth Taylor of Burlesque. Her burlesque radiates vintage glamour. She's headlined The New Orleans Burlesque Festival and Vienna Burlesque Festival.
Miss Mokki
Iceland's Undisputed First Lady of Burlesque has been a pioneer in the Icelandic variety scene. She was a founding member of Iceland's first and only circus and is the producer of Reykjavík Kabarett. She has toured the US multiple times and performs regularly in New York.
Ellie Steingraeber
Ellie is the circus performer of the group, a hula hooper extraordinaire and contortionist, and one of New York's most sought after variety performers. She has performed with many different circuses, for example The Big Apple Circus.

Eden Lost
Hailing originally from Los Angeles, California by way of Gothenburg, Sweden Eden Lost brings a heavy dose of rock n roll attitude to their sexy burlesque performance and Gothenburg's burlesque troupe: The Velvet Vixens. Be prepared for lots of flirty fun and just the right amount of sultry sleaze!
Pustervik har sedan 20-talet varit en del av Göteborgs nöjes- och kulturliv. Under de första 70 åren huserade här biograferna Järntorgsbiografen, Rialto och Prisma och sedan 90-talet har det varit teaterscen. Nationalteatern drev verksamheten några år innan Pusterviksteatern tog över lokalerna och använde dem som en av Sveriges främsta gästspelsscener. Vid sidan av teatern har Pusterviksbaren de senaste tio åren under drift av Lotten varit en av landets ledande scener för konserter och klubbar. Nu drivs lokalerna ansvarsfullt vidare med ett brinnande engagemang för mötesplatsen, musiken och scenen.
