Den första raden till titelspåret på bandets tredje studioalbum "Vagabonds" sammanfattar hur bandets senaste 24 månader har sett ut. Efter deras stora genombrott 2013 har Satellite Stories från Oulu i Finland varit på konstant resande fot. “We became Vagabonds going from pillar to post with no real fixed address”. 2014 uppnådde bandets låtar miljontals streams, de sålde alla sina klubbspelningar och året kulminerade i headline-spelningar på Europas största festivaler. Ingen dålig bedrift för en grupp som har alltid släppte sitt material självständigt. Under 2014 tog bandet sin flykt till landsbygden i Storbritannien för att påbörja inspelningarna av sitt tredje efterlängtade album. I två månader låste de in sig med kända producenten Simon "Barny" Barnicott, som tidigare tidigare har arbetat med band som Arctic Monkeys, Temper Trap, Kasabian och Bombay Bicycle Club, för att bara nämna några. Jämförelser med band som Vampire Weekend, The Wombats eller Two Door Cinema Club skrapar denna gång bara på ytan och det känns som bandet har utvecklat, och hittat, sitt egna, unika sound på nya albumet.

? THE HEART OF THE SUN ?
The Heart of the Sun were born during a New York trip in 2014 while Filiph Antonsson, make up the insane idea to record from the other part of the ocean with produces like Mark Ephraim (New Pornographers, Sibille Attar) and Eric Hoegemeyer (Patti Smith, Tree Laboratory).
“The soundscapes that we created for the songs on the album differ in a way I like. The vision was to experiment in the studio to find the atmosphere and melodies. I like records where the songs don’t have the same soundscape and are traveling in character. I like to be surprised when you hear the next song. At the same time, there should be some kind of thread to keep your focus.” “Cut Up” is representative of the pop sounds of The Heart of the Sun, while the B-side, Inside Out, is more experimental.
“I might have to call The Heart of the Sun my solo project. However, I would rather call it more of a collaboration project that I orchestrated. I couldn’t have done this without finding the right pieces of the puzzle.” Sebastian Forslund (Kadawatha, Vanbot), Patrick Alvarsson (I Break Horses), Fredrik Atterfelt (Runtom Knuten), Coma Svensson (Strait Frank) all contributed to this album.
The name The Heart of the Sun comes from the Pink Floyd’s “Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun”, which has always inspired Filiph. “The song has an ability to just reset and clear my mind.”
The Heart of the Sun debut album will be released later this year.

HEART/DANCER is a electronica pop-duo from Göteborg consisting of Linnéa Atieno and Joakim Buddee. Their exciting back-to-back collaboration started off with very well acclaimed debut track ”Waterfalls" followed up by "Hallucination" that boosted up the profile of these soul mates, being blogged as well out of Sweden, with now over 100,000 plays on Spotify. Their sound compares to a mix of Depeche Mode, XX and a tropical touch of Lykke Li. The increasing attention of the media let them sign to SOMMARHJARTA Records ( home of Summer Heart, Someblod…) and let HEART/DANCER embark for their first European tour, during summer 2015. Due to next singles releases and before debut album scheduled by fall including key shows in London, Paris, Stockholm.

Debaser är en rockklubb som bland annat finns vid Slussen och Medborgarplatsen i Stockholm och den finns även i Malmö. Den har fått sitt namn efter Pixies-låten med samma namn. På Debaser har flera stora inhemska och internationella artister spelat, däribland Bob Dylan, The Zombies, Ebba Grön, The Strokes, The Soundtrack of Our Lives, Bob hund, Arcade Fire, Dizzee Rascal, Pete Doherty, Marit Bergman, Bright Eyes och Ryan Adams.
