AN ALL NEW COMEDY SHOW BY BEN RICHARDS.
Ben Richards has performed comedy all over the world. He has also had horrible jobs all over the world and had lots of people all over the world shout at him and complain about him. It hasn’t always been entirely his fault. If you’ve ever worked in customer service then you will know that the expression ”The customer is always right” is often used but hardly ever accurate. What people should be saying is ”The customer is rarely right” or ”the customer is being extremely rude to me today for no reason”.
This is a comedy show for anyone who has ever been asked if someone could see their supervisor, if you have ever been asked a stupid question or if someone has ever just screamed at you. It is also a study into people’s inability to manage their expectations. Join Ben Richards for an evening exploring all the ways in which The Customer is NEVER Right” This show is probably going to get a 1 star review on TripAdvisor.

Showtime 8 PM, doors open 7.30 PM. (If you arrive after the show starts, we cant guarantee you seats even if you have a tickets, because we let our waiting list guests in at 8 PM - so please be on time).
The show is about 2 hours long (incl a break).
