HANDSTAND REVEALED
Welcome to the inverted world !
FOR WHOM ?
This day is oriented to everyone who wants to start or is already practising handstands: yogis, dancers, acrobats, crossfit, performers, or any type of movement lover :)
OBJECTIVE:
Give the tools to find a 3-10 seconds free handstand off the wall. Depending on the group we could also review pressing techniques.
LEVEL:
The level is BASIC & INTERMEDIATE, but advanced practitioners are welcome to join and have fun repeating fundamental exercises, which are always hard and with infinite possibilities for refinement. Come and try ;)

Plank hold 1m

TEACHER: Boris
Boris have been doing acrobatics since 1996 (20 years!!) in the form of sports acrobatics, circus & acroyoga. With background in kung-fu and yoga he blends these ancient knowledges with the techniques giving a philosophical and practical perspective. Sense of humour ? guaranteed !

ACRONERDS FLYTIME
CONTENT:
Building vocabulary for the the basic decoding of washing machines. Creating flows with the the essential elements of the washing machines. To keep it simple, lots of challenging flying fun.
LEVEL:
The level is INTERMEDIATE, but with an ADVANCED approach to the way of thinking the material.
PRE-REQS:
Hold: Side star 30s
Base OR fly AND spot: Ninja star, Barrel roll, Four steps.
