The Ecstatic Dance Journey

Ecstatic dance is a style of free form dance in which the music is the teacher. In this form of dance, there is no structure or steps to follow or any particular way to dance.
A deep and blissful dance journey down into your body, heart and soul.
We start the evening with a grounding cacao ceremony and end with a relaxing gong bath - to truly take you on a deep inner journey.
Ecstatic dance events are differentiated by being a talk free space.
It’s a chance to move your body to music in whatever way you feel like in the present moment, either in your own space or in interaction with the other people on the dance floor.
The music starts slow and then builds up in tempo and intensity in ’waves’ to give you plenty of opportunities to truly express your inner energy.
The ground rules are:
- No talking on the dance floor
- No phones or cameras
- No drugs or alcohol
- No shoes
- No strong perfume
- Respect for yourself, others & the space around you.

21-21:45: GONG SOUND JOURNEY
(with Mateusz Krawiec)

45 mins rejuvenating and healing relaxation with gong. An opportunity to immerse yourself in true nature harmonics and to be washed by sound vibrations into a self-repairing state.

WHAT TO BRING

- It’s gonna get sweaty so please bring comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
- We’ll have water but if you prefer your own water bottle, please bring it.
