NX FUIMO är en koreografisk besvärjelse, en resa förbi trösklar av alienation, intensitet, gemenskap och motstånd. det är det andra stycket i en triptyk som inleddes med FIEBRE (2018), som experimenterar med förkroppsligande praktiker kring könsorganen, iden om erotisk samhörighet, och låter komplexa sinnesstämningar samexistera med självtillfredsställelse och njutning.
på slang är "nos fuimos" ett uttryck som berättar att uppbrottet redan har börjat eller att vi har gått bortom nånting. här är det resultatet av en radikal fiktionalisering av kroppar. genom vibrationerna av ljudet och vinden i våra kloaker (den kanal som förbinder alla vitala funktioner som är relaterade till underlivet och buken) blir dansen en rening och en plats för ömsesidigt stöd. samhörighet och kontaminering triumferar.
NX FUIMO grundar sig i betydelsen av kollektivt arbete och ömsesidig hjälp. verket ifrågasätter och stör strukturella mönster som är kopplade till den enskilda upphovspersonens tillgänglighet och synlighet. arbetet inspireras av och anknyter till till Dancehall med avsikten att skapa olika typer av sammankopplingar/utbyten med denna dansscen/kultur. ** NX FUIMO-teamet har tagit bort versaler från denna text, i enlighet med afrofeministiska litterära strömningar (bell hooks, tatiana nascimento), för att fortsätta skriva ett icke-hierarkiskt och olydigt språk.

NX FUIMO is a choreographic spell, a trajectory through thresholds of alienation, intensity, connection and resistance. it is the second piece of a triptych initiated with FIEBRE (2018), which experiments with embodiment practices around the sexual organs, the idea of erotic union, the cohabitation of complex emotions and self-pleasure.
in slang ‘nos fuimos’ is an expression which announces that the departure has already started or that we have gone beyond. here, it is the result of a radical fictionalisation of bodies. through the sound vibrations and the wind in our cloacas (the same channel that connects all the vital functions related to the lower abdomen) the dance becomes a purge and a space for mutual support. connection and contamination triumph.
NX FUIMO is based on the importance of teamwork and mutual aid. it questions and disrupts structural patterns linked to the accessibility and visibility of the singular author. the work also has a strong inspiration and connection to Dancehall and aims to make different types of connections/exchanges with that dance scene/culture.
** the NX FUIMO team have removed capital letters from this text, following Afro-feminist literary currents (bell hooks, tatiana nascimento), with the aim of continuing to write a non-hierarchical and non-obedient language.
