FutureRetro is an audiovisual experience inspired by 80´s underground clubs as well as contemporary techno clubs and big raves. Expect futureshaping artists, cutting edge djs and sublime retro sounds.
April 14 - April 15 we presents the first in a series of FutureRetro XL events with some of the biggest artists of the scene spread over three scenes / arenas and with a capcity of 1400 people.

**She Past Away **is dark-wave with a reworked 80’s sound. Signature guitar sound of the post-punk era, combined with minimalist poetry in Turkish. Often an outburst of sentimental anxiety through the nihilistic mind-frame, it is personal. Yet it is broad, a wondering mind brave enough to question taboo and existence.
**REIN** is the Stockholm based award nominated electronic project by Joanna Reinikainen. The artist, singer, producer, songwriter and label owner of REIN RECORDINGS. She was kicking off her career in 2016, came out of nowhere with her self-titled EP and following through with the "Freedoom" EP in 2017 were she collaborated with the death electro founder (Owl Vision).
REIN has since amassed positive critical reception in her home country and got signed by Playground Music Scandinavia. Her unique sound and style led to two P3 Guld nominations (Swedish National Radio P3) in the categories "Newcomer of the Year" and "Dance of the Year" in 2017. In 2018 she got nominated for the song of the year for "Missfit" and live act of the year by the GAFFA Prize.
Her hard-edged, empowerment music has drawn influences from various styles from electronic music with raw and poetic lyrics. 2020 was the year she released her critically acclaimed full-length debut LP "REINCARNATED" released by REIN RECORDINGS, were she collaborated with co-producer and Swedish grammy award winner Carli Löf. SKAP (Sweden's music creators & composers organization) gave her the prize for best electro of the year. REINCARNATED got nominated by the GAFFA prize for best album of the year.
In the end of 2021 she released ”Reincarnated dub mixes Vol.1” with Boys Noize, one of the biggest names of the electro-house scene. Three re-worked tracks from her debut REINCARNATED released by Boys Noize Records.
**Minuit Machine** is a French parisian duo born in 2013. The members are Hélène
de Thoury (instrumental) and Amandine Stioui (vocals). Hélène and Amandine’s
music is a subtle mix of moving voices, poignant synth lines, and deep
electronic beats. Through their nostalgic but extremely modern tunes, Hélène
and Amandine talk about their past, present and future ; all these haunting and
disturbing thoughts which can’t be told.
Minuit Machine’s music is often described as disrupted, emotional, and
terribly addictive. It will make you wanna dance your heart out to express all
the rage, passion, and angst you have inside of you. While on stage, Hélène
and Amandine forget about the rest of the world, and deliver an intense and
emotional performance.
