Get an introduction to Spritmuseum, Swedish drinking history and drinking culture, when your guide takes you through both of the museum’s exhibitions.
You will get a better sense of what, when, and why the Swedes drink in our base exhibition Sweden: Spirits of a Nation. And then you will take a trip through time to Stockholm in the 1920’s and 1930’s. A time when restrictions where high, but bold smugglers, cunning dealers and corrupt physicians kept the alcohol flowing when it wasn’t supposed to.
A glass of sparkling wine or suitable non-alcoholic alternative, and entrance to all of the museum is included in the price.
Spritmuseum är ett svenskt museum om alkoholkulturen i Sverige. Museet inhyser tre utställningslokaler, inklusive permanenta utställningen Spritlandet Sverige - en interaktiv utställning där besökarna använder sina sinnen, genom att bland annat lukta på olika dofter i doftstationer. Det är möjligt att köpa till en Smaklåda som bjuder besökaren på snapsar och tillbehör för att förstärka upplevelsen, och använda ännu ett av sina sinnen.
