Link established. Your Operator has been found. You are at the office, not exactly sure what got you there. You are at the watercooler, trying to socialize. You are at a resort, regaining a sense of purpose. You are standing in front of an altar praying to a divinity you don’t believe in. Your body feels heavy, unfamiliar, like it’s yours but… new? You are an Avatar, guided by an estranged voice. Come join us for the performance/game A Game of Life. On stage: Avatars, humans directed by headphone instructions. In the audience: Operators, guiding and controlling the avatars on stage. One act will be played as Avatar, the other as Operator. This means you will develop a 1-on-1 relationship to someone else in the audience and surrender control to each other. Bring your charged smartphone to participate.
