A real treasure is hidden in one of the old buildings in the middle of the wooden town of Eksjö. Behind creaking gates opens a completely untouched and unique bourgeois home from the turn of the last century. At Aschanska gården you can join a guided tour and get a sense of what life in the old Eksjö once looked like. Between 20 June and 20 August, daily screenings in English are held at 11 AM (eller i andra hand på svenska).
Maximum 10 people per viewing.
Admission: SEK 105 service fee inkluded. Children and young people under 18 year in the company of an adult, 15 SEK service fee. Admission with the cultural heritage card/Kulturarvskortet: 65 SEK service fee included. Presentation of card to guide is mandatory.
Closed midsummer evening and midsummer day in June.
Tickets can also be bought at Eksjö museum.
