Historical guiding in Vasaborgen Museum ENGLISH

In the ancient ruins of the 16th Century original Uppsala castle, you can hear the historical whispers.
Our knowledgeable guides will guide you through Vasaborgen during the summer. You will hear about Gustav Vasa and his children, including Erik XIV, who caused the Sture murders and his siblings Johan III and Cecilia Vasa. Cecilia is known to be our Castle Ghost.
You will also find out more about why Vasaborgen is a ruin, what you ate and drank and also visit the royal garden Gräsgården on top of the bastion.
NOTE: Vasaborgen is a ruin and unfortunately not adapted for disabled persons.
