Foolishness in Improv
"I often think about how I look from the outside while Im improvising." Sound familiar? In this workshop, were going to step out of our comfort zone as much as possible. We will show silly and silly characters, even turn into "uglies". We will explore how strange characters can act in the ordinary world, and ordinary characters in the strange world. We will improvise in this extreme side to make your fear of "Im afraid to look weird on stage" go away. Victoria Butelenko is an improviser from Ukraine. For the last 10 years improv have been a big part of Victorias life, starting as an improviser in the group Ser Yozno and now the CEO of an improv school in Lviv, Ukraine.
After 10 years of improv Victoria has played more than 100 different improv shows, improvised on the territory of short and long forms of improv theater. Conducted more than 800 lessons and training at various levels of improvisation. Today, at the end of 2023, Victoria is developing several new areas of our schools work, and together with the team, we are creating new improv formats.
