Breath-focused workshop starts with gentle movement and progresses into a dynamic flow of asanas (Yang) to build strength, releasing tension and improving flexibility. Halfway through the workshop we hold the poses to relax and calm the nervous system (Yin). The class ends with meditation and visualisation leaving you feeling calm and grounded.
